ETT Workshop

The Workshop on Emerging Test Technologies (ETT) embedded in the 34th Asian Test Symposium (ATS2025)

The second workshop on emerging test technologies (ETT2025) will be held as an embedded workshop at the Asian Test Symposium*. It is scheduled for the last day of ATS/ITC-Asia 2025, on Friday, Dec. 19. The purpose of this workshop is to bring together both researchers and practitioners in LSI testing to share ideas and experiences in emerging test technologies. The workshop aims to encourage the presentation and discussion of truly innovative and “out-of-the-box’’ ideas aimed at addressing the challenges of various aspects of testing. We hope and expect this workshop will provide an ideal forum for discussions on the future of design and test technologies.

Submission information

Authors are invited to submit paper proposals for presentation at the workshop. The proposal may be an extended summary (1,000 words) or a full paper (4-6 pages, two columns). The submission should include title, full name, and affiliation of all authors, a 50-word abstract, keywords, and the name of the contact author. The selection will focus on the feasibility, quality, originality, and capability to generate discussion. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register for ATS/ITC-ASIA 2025. The informal digest of papers will be distributed at the workshop and will not be included in the proceedings of ATS/ITC-Asia2025. Proposals for the special sessions are also welcome. Please send submissions to the ATS program chairs, ett [at] ats-itc-asia2025.info.hiroshima-cu.ac.jp.
