The ATS/ITC-Asia 2025 banquet will be held as follows:

- Time: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm (cloakroom opens at 5:30 pm)
- Venue: Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, 1F “Orion”
- Style: Seated buffet

Participants will receive a Yurikamome train ticket at the registration desk.
Student volunteers will assist with directions at both Tokyo Big Sight and Daiba stations.
The conference registration fee for IEEE Member and Non-member includes the banquet. Additional banquet tickets are available for other registration categories.
