You will receive the following emails after the registration process.
- Registration confirmation: will be sent automatically by the registration system. (Please note that this email only confirms receipt of the data, and does not grant access to the conference without payment.)
- Payment confirmation: will be sent to you by PayPal.
- Email for conference attendees: will be sent between August 25 and 31. A PDF file will be attached to this email that contains (1) receipt, (2) your conference name tag, and (3) banquet ticket. Please print the PDF file yourself.

Cancellation policy
Any cancellation made in writing to ITC-Asia 2023 organization and received before Aug. 17, 2023 will entitle to the reimbursement of the amount paid after the deduction of JPY 5,000 for an administrative fee. No reimbursement will be granted after this date.
